But very often, it is hard to find this kind of coach near your home. This is even more true in a new sport like padel, where many coaches are not very experienced or come from other racket sports.
This is why CoachMyPadel.com exists. We offer technical video analysis online, for the shots you want to improve in padel. Our coaches are among the best in the world: professional players, or international coaches trained in Spain at the top padel academies.

WHICH SHOTS CAN BE ANALYZED IN YOUR ONLINE PADEL LESSON ?
We currently offer video analysis for more than 20 key shots in padel. Of course, if you feel there’s a particular shot missing that’s important for your game, don’t hesitate to contact us to check if it can be included. In most cases, you’ll find here all the shots most commonly requested by padel players from our coaches.
With this service, our coaches focus solely on the technical aspect of your shots. Naturally, if you also have questions about your overall style of play or how to improve the tactical side of your game, we provide that type of video analysis as well, along with full online coaching programmes over 3 months or 6 months.

HOW DOES A TECHNICAL ANALYSIS WORK?
It’s very straightforward. You record yourself following the guidelines we provide in order to get a complete analysis. We simply ask you to repeat the shot from different angles (usually 2 or 3) for no more than one minute. You can also add a comment or any questions you’d like to share with the coach.
Once we’ve received and checked your video, it will be sent to the coach of your choice. The coach will then reply with a 3 to 5-minute video, including a detailed breakdown of your technique. You’ll also get recommendations to help you improve: suggested drills, visual cues, or sensations to work on during your next training sessions or matches.
