Jesús Cañal de la Prida
+20 years of experience, Premier Padel Circuit
Madrid (Spain)
PROFILE / BACKGROUND
Jesús, nicknamed “Xule” (pronounced “choo-lé”), discovered padel during his university studies in physical education. Twenty-two years ago, he fell in love with this sport, both fun and addictive to anyone who plays it. Padel also has a strong social dimension, bringing players together during and after matches. From that moment, he began training, competing, and improving in every aspect of padel—not only in gameplay but especially in teaching, as his studies prepared him to make sport his profession.
Jesús is a highly experienced coach, not only in padel but also very attentive to physical preparation. As you get better, physical training becomes more important: professional players spend nearly half their time or more in the gym rather than on the padel court. “Xule” focuses on fitness, technique, and tactics.
If you want a coach who can also provide the right physical exercises alongside padel, Xule is the one you need.

WHY CHOOSE THIS COACH ?
The key is to be ready to learn and work. You must have an open mind to the unique culture of padel, which has its own rules compared to other racket sports. Naturally, having some talent with a racket will help. “Xule” (Jesús) coaches players on the Premier Padel circuit, including the young player Agueda Perez, who at 18 has already reached the Top 50 in the world.
According to him, the most important aspects of padel are making good decisions, avoiding errors, being patient, and not rushing. These principles are reflected in the analyses and exercises he provides remotely through Coach My Padel from Madrid, his city of residence.
