WE ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS

For a successful technical analysis, you must provide the coach you’ve chosen with several angles that allow them to fully assess your movement.
Record a video that is 60 seconds long. Film yourself from three angles: Facing the camera (front view) + At 45 degrees (side angle) + From the side when you hit the ball (show your contact point).
This helps the coach see your movement clearly.
Position your camera based on your dominant hand and the type of shot (see diagram above). The general idea is do not film from behind the player. Your body should not hide your movement.
It's also important to place your shot in a real match-like context. Don’t hesitate to start at the net, running back for your bajadas and follow with a volley after each smash... or do a smash and then, come back to the net, doing the volley you want analyzed. Ideally, recreate real match situations so the coach can see your movement when you hit the shot.
If you simply repeat the stroke without moving, the ball coming directly to you, the analysis will be less accurate, as the coach won’t be able to assess your footwork or how you position yourself relative to the incoming ball.
For a tactical analysis, position your camera along the court at head height or higher. Do not place it on the ground.
Use a tripod at about 1.80m height, or mount your camera 3-4 meters above for a bird's-eye view. However, do not attach your device too close to the players, on the court’s structure. This could hide the coach’s view of all players.
If the camera is placed outside the court, make sure no fences or other obstacles block the view of the players.
Distance and height from the court are key so that the coach can see everyone clearly, including those near the camera, even in the corners. Ideally, the coach should be able to see both you and your opponents, since your tactical decisions often depend on their positions and movements.
The more complete the overview of the match you provide, the more relevant and helpful the coach’s feedback will be.
We provide a dedicated WhatsApp number so you can send your video files directly. WhatsApp compresses videos, which works fine for videos under 1 minute. You’ll also receive your coach’s feedback via WhatsApp video messages.
For longer match videos, if WhatsApp cannot handle the file size, other options are available — such as large file transfer services (like WeTransfer), in which case we will provide you with a contact email to send the download link.
Alternatively, you can upload your videos to platforms like YouTube or Dailymotion (even in private or unlisted mode, so they’re not visible to the public), and simply send us the private access link.
• Technical analyses are quicker and generally take between 7 and 15 days.• Tactical match analyses take between 7 and 21 days.
If the response time exceeds the indicated delays with your selected coach, our team will inform you and offer either a refund or the option to choose another coach who is available more quickly.
Absolutely ! In fact, we encourage you to add a comment or note to your video. It’s always better when the coach knows more about your difficulties or your own perspective on your shots and/or your match. The more context you provide, the more personalized and relevant the feedback will be !
No. We ask that you focus on a single shot type and provide different angles and repetitions over the full 60 seconds, all while being in game-like motion.
This approach ensures that your feedback is as close to real match conditions as possible, which is essential for accurate and helpful coaching. With only one or two isolated repetitions, the coach won’t be able to fully understand your technique, footwork, and positioning.
For quality control, we ask players to stay focused on one specific shot per video—you can ask as many questions as you like about that shot. The video should show repetition in game-like context.
👉 A full list of recognized shots that can be analyzed is available on this page:https://coachmypadel.com/en/videos-analysis/technical-video-analysis/
Each shot must be submitted as a separate analysis.
Yes ! Once you’ve received your feedback, if you have questions about the coach’s response, one of our certified coaches, who speaks both English and Spanish, is available within our team to clarify anything for you.
If the feedback from your selected coach is unclear or insufficient in the opinion of our reference coach, we will contact the original coach on your behalf to ask your question and get their clarification or additional insights.
If you’ve chosen a long-term coaching plan (e.g., over several months), your scheduled video calls are the perfect opportunity to ask any follow-up questions, whether about previously analyzed content or upcoming videos you plan to submit.
We do not require a specific format or resolution, but we ensure the video is of sufficient quality before it is forwarded to the coach in order to guarantee useful and accurate feedback.
Our sales team is trained and supervised by a certified coach, and can pre-validate your video content before sending it to the selected coach. If the coach is unable to view your video due to file format or if the quality is insufficient, our team will work with you to find a solution—or provide a refund if necessary.
That said, the best approach is to record your videos in the highest possible quality from the start. If your device allows it, set the frame rate to 30 or 60 FPS (frames per second). This greatly improves the ability to view your technique in slow motion.
Once you have chosen your coach and package, and our team has answered all your questions, we will provide you with an order number (reference) and a bank account (IBAN) to use for your transfer. When making the payment, it’s important to include your order reference in the payment description so that we can confirm receipt of your order. At that point, you can send us your video — we’ll check that it meets the required criteria before forwarding it to your selected coach.
In your technical video submissions, the coach may give you advice on how to apply your technique effectively in match situations (Why? When? How? Where to use it?). However, the main focus will remain on the correct technical execution of your strokes.
In your match videos for tactical analysis, the coach will focus on your shot choices (zones, direction, power, etc.) in relation to the available options. That said, they might point out that some tactical decisions are influenced by your technical execution — or, conversely, encourage you to favor a certain choice because it aligns with one of your technical strengths.
Therefore, while each analysis focuses on a primary objective (technical or tactical improvement), our coaches will always share any additional insights they consider useful to enhance your overall game.
If your goal is to progress in both areas, we recommend our 3- and 6-month coaching programs, which combine technical and tactical analyses along with regular communication with your coach.
Technical analyses are always individual.
Tactical analysis, however, can be purchased as a pair with a special rate — slightly higher than for one person, but not double. This option can therefore be financially advantageous if you and your partner play together regularly.
This offer applies exclusively to a pair of two players sending a shared video of the same match for analysis. Each player will receive personalized tactical feedback, along with advice on how the team can improve its coordination and overall strategy.
Please contact our sales team for the specific rate corresponding to the coach you’re interested in.
Each analysis aims to highlight at least three key points :• to improve your technique, and/or• to enhance your decision-making and strategic choices during a match.
So yes — your coach will identify what you’re doing wrong, but also what you’re doing well! The goal is always to provide constructive feedback and suggest clear areas for improvement. You’ll also receive practical tips and advice to help you work on specific aspects of your game.
Since our analyses are done remotely, the purpose isn’t to replace training sessions, but to give you the right keys to practice effectively on your own, with your friends, or with your local coach — and make sure your training goes in the right direction!

It’s entirely up to you! You can choose among the languages spoken by the coach you select — they’re all listed on their profile page. Most of the time, English is available ! Some coaches also speak French, and of course, you can request feedback in Spanish if your coach is from Spain or Argentina.
If you’re worried about understanding the feedback or don’t feel confident enough in English, don’t worry — there are free AI tools and software that can transcribe the audio from a video into written text. You can then use a translation tool to get the analysis in your own language.
And if you need help with this process, our team is happy to assist you — just contact us by email or WhatsApp.
